Letter stuck at cape mail hub for ten days!

I posted a registered letter at Postnet in Canal Walk on Friday the 15th February. According to my tracking number it was scanned at the Cape Mail hub on 17th February. And it has been listed as in transit at the Cape Mail hub ever since. It is now the 27th of February, it has been stuck there for ten days! I chose registered mail to ensure it arrived safely! Is it ever going to be delivered? It was destined for Auckland Park Johannesburg, and its tracking number is rd679770335za.
