Last week Thursday 30/01/2013, I posted some documents through Postnet on behalf of DHL and the documents were suppose to reach destination on the following day which was Friday, after tracking it I discovered, the document arrived that Friday Morning at The DHL offices but they did not dispatch the parcel. I thought probably they would make the delivery seeing that i had paid for them to personally deliver to my recipient, i was shocked after tracking my parcel that not only did they not deliver until today but they posted on the tracking sheet that my recipient had requested that she would come collect yet they hadn't made contact with her or me. Until today my recipient doesn't know whether the documents arrived or not i had to make inquiries from here and i called DHL listed number 0119213666 where i spoke to a guy who told me that my parcel 7633570103 could not be delivered because the delivery car broke down and I not them should contact my recipient to make arrangements to go and collect. Now I'm the one who is suppose to make arrangements after paying for that service, its utterly disappointing and appalling never expected such treatment from a professional shipment company.
