POOR SERVICE

I took my vehicle in on Monday 11 February 2013 as arranged, to have a dent on the door repaired. I was told it would take 3 days. I sent for my car on Wednesday 13 February 2013, to be told it wasn't ready. I was advised that it would be ready by 10am on the 14th. I arrived to collect my vehicle at 13.25pm on the 14th. It STILL was not ready!!! I was assured it would be ready in an hour. I went to a nearby shop to kill some time and returned at about 2pm. The man who had assured me that I could have my car in an hour was nowhere to be found. I take my hat off to the workshop staff... they at least tried to keep me informed most of the time. The reason I was given for my car taking so long was their power kept tripping. No other business in the vicinity seemed to be experiencing this problem. Eventually at 14.55pm I was offered to option to take my vehicle in it's current state (unfinished) and return the following day to be completed. I paid for the job in full and then proceeded to wait until 15.15pm for my car to be brought out of their workshop. My car was filthy and I will definitely not be returning it to the establishment for any further work!
