TERRIBLE SERVICE AGAIN!!! - DENT DOCTOR

Dent Doctor Randburg has once again provided an exceptionally terrible service. Where are Dent Doctor values and customer retention strategies. I have in the past taken my wife's 2012 Audi A4 in for an accident only to be provided with empty promises on date of return. This vehicle was eventually returned. Based on the Dent Doctor brand, I assumed that this was a once off and now took my BMW M3 in for accident repairs. The car has been at Dent Doctor for over 5weeks now. The gentleman who assisted me made empty promises and again did not deliver. I personally purchased all parts and delivered to Dent Doctor - follow ups proved to receive contradicting feedback. Eventually I was told, the initial gentleman is no longer with them. Quote revised and increased by 100%. I spoke to Deon Engelbrecht (Workshop Manager) last Friday and explained the urgency AGAIN, and asked that he please push to get it out before COB last Friday - NO Call, NO feedback. On Monday, 2nd workshop manager Ajoy Rughoo not helpful, made excuses and claims that Deon is responsible for the M3 - pass the buck with no accountability. It is today Wednesday and again, car not ready.
