Pathetic Inefficient Service

My vehicle has been at Proline panelbeaters for 7 weeks now for what the assessor declared was a 10 day job,
On Friday 28/06/2013 I was supposed to have received my car. On arrival the service consultant Adil advised me that the job was not complete and I could collect the vehicle on Saturday 29/06/2013. On Saturday I was advised to please come on the following Monday. On Monday I arrived to get the vehicle and was told by Adil that the vehicle would be ready on Wednesday morning. On Wednesday morning I was advised that the vehicle would only be available on Wednesday Afternoon. I finally had had enough of this mess around so I spoke to the supervisor Mary Jane. She apologized profusely and advised me the vehicle would be ready on Thursday morning first thing. Today is Thursday and I was informed by Mary Jane that the vehicle will only be ready late in the afternoon. I have subsequently traded that vehicle in and the deal is going to fall through due to my continually delaying the collection date for the vehicle. Never have I experienced such pathetic service and disrespect. When it comes to asking for the excess I have no doubt whatsoever that the accounts lady will be efficient!
