No feed back for what was requested

I bought a brand new car from Audi (A3 1.4T) North cliff. And one of my requirements was that i have leather seats. The car that was available for sale at the Audi warehouse had all the specifications except leather interior. The salesman advised me that he can install after market leather from Audi approved upholsterers. So i agreed. When i picked up my car from Audi after purchase all specs were done. The car is less than a year old and i noticed the leather stitching is opening. I also had to take my car back because the seat back rest lever was faulty, which had to be fixed and was sorted out. At the same time i ask the service adviser to speak to her manger or whoever is responsible and find out what can i do about the leather interior stitching. Up to this day i had no response from anyone, secondly the service adviser never gave me receipt for fixing the seat and she promised to email it to me as their printer had issues.

I paid so much for the car and is this the service i get.

Can someone please advise me what can i do before this stitching gets worse
