SHOCKING!!! Ordered car in Nov 2012

I test drove IX35 in October 2012. After the quote was finalised and I got all the docs for wheelchair vehicle & arranged Finance. I ordered the vehicle in Nov. 2012. Dec & Jan I continuously called to follow up and was told they dont know when my car will arrive! I explained to them my old vehcile is sold and I am going on Holiday end Jan - still nothing I then had to incur extra costs of R8000 to fly my family to Durban to go on holiday as I had no car. I involved Hyundai Head Office - very helpful - alot of frustration & many calls from my side with no follow ups from Boksburg. I emailed the Boksburg Branch Manager last week to advise her of the ETA of my vehicle & to ask to ensure no more delays!! I now found out that my vehicle arrived at the Boksburg Dealership on Monday 11th Feb & NOTHING was done until I called ONCE again to find out where my vehicle is. No arrangements were made to contact the fitment centres & I eventually arranged for this to be done on Saturday. My Finance for my vehicle was arranged in November & because it had expired... I had to re-submit my application and now the rate has increased!! THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE! And still no car!!
