This is a follow up report on the the purchase of my mazda 6 from hyundai boksburg. after complaining about the damages on my car, i was contacted by craig krummeck (dealer principal) at hyundai boksburg.
he offerd to pay R1500 for a polish and bumper repair. i responded buy saying " what about the chip damage and headlight damage? ". he responded with a R5000 goodwill gesture and told adriaan to make payment to me.the damages to the vehicle is at least R12500. the headlight alone costs R5900 without fitment. this is a disgrace! to this day no payment have been recieved and no delivery of my emergency kit has been received.
hyundai is a very good company and there service is usualy impecable. unfortuanatly you get branches like hyundai boksburg that don't follow the high standards that hyundai s.a. set.
