Efficient service received

My iX35 cut out on Saturday morning and wouldn't start again. We managed to get towed home, and then phoned Hyundai Assist to arrange for the vehicle to be towed to Hyundai Boksburg. The towing service arrived within 40 minutes. We contacted Hyundai Boksburg in order to find out if someone would be able to assess the vehicle. My husband spoke to Francois who said that he'd probably only get to look at it on Monday morning. An hour or so later Francois phoned back saying that he'd managed to check the vehicle and they found that a sensor in the fuel tank was acting up and incorrectly measured the level of fuel in the tank. The reason the car wouldn't start is that there was no petrol. Francois reset the sensor & said that we could fetch the vehicle, and requested us to bring some petrol for the car. When we arrived at Hyundai, Francois greeted us, and together with Hayden from the workshop, they put the petrol in the car.

Both men were efficient, friendly and helpful. They even changed a light bulb that had fused, ensuring that I didn't have to come back in the week to have it replaced. Thank you to Francois and Hayden for ensuring that I had my car back within a couple of hours
