Lack of service, after sales service - SHOCKING!

I posted a parcel from Empangeni to Hatfield post office on the 13th February. I paid R155.36 for OVERNIGHT service. it did not get to Hatrfield on the 14th or the 15th and was told that the parcel was still in Jet Park. On Monday - no parcel. I phoned to trace the parcel and was told that it had arrived in Hatfield on the 14th. I said that it did not and that they must find the parcel. I was eventually told that it was at the Pretoria depot in a shocking part of town and that they had no idea when it would be delivered and that my daughter must come and fetch it. I explained that I had paid for overnight delivery nearly a week ago to Hatfield and that it is now nowhere near Hatfield and that my daughter (with NO transport) must come and fetch it. On Tuesday (19th) my daughter paid for a taxi to take her to the Pretoria depot which is in shocking part of town.
During this process, I repeatedly phoned, I held on for at least 15 to 25 minutes EVERYTIME. Staff promised to phone me "with feedback" - no one ever did. I have submitted a claim form for a refund on my ridiculous OVERNIGHT delivery fee - This is the MOPST shocking and fr4uistrating company. No one apologised, no one cared
