Disgusting service and damage to vehicle

When miway gave the go ahead for my vehicles repairs i was hounded by danmar people for payment of my excess once this was made i heard nothing for weeks, i then had to call in to find out that the parts for my car had in fact arrived a week prior and the had "smsd me" my car went in and i got a few sms's (even after specifying that i want to be contacted via telephone call) then it stopped i had to call in every day for a week to check up on my car, i was finally told it was ready for my collection. upon arrival i realised that they had not fixed any of the wiring and no lights were working and the hooter wasnt either - they hadnt checked it- the following day they delviered the car to me only for me to realise that they had broken the inside door handle of my car and that the car wouldnt lock, all they could tell me was that they would fetch the car the following day and have a look at it. the attitude of the staff is appalling! the work obviously not up to standard and not only did they break what was working twice but they failed to pick it up and waited rather for me to point it out.
My car now has to stand overnight without the alarm engaged or the doors locked.
