I was ready to move to another car manufacturer after bad service from Kia Hatfield.
I walked into Kia Menlyn with all documentation that I fetched from Kia Hatfield and Vanessa took me to see the new car sales manager so that I can explain my situation. She was friendly and Nick the sales manager explained exactly to me what are all my options wrt a Kia Picanto which I was looking for which Kia Hatfield could not deliver.
I walked into Kia Menlyn on 13 February 2013 and drove my new car by 15 February 2013. If anyone can deliver great service and hold up Kia's name, it is these 3 people. Nick - Sales Manager; Vanessa - Sales Executive and Danel - F&I.
Luckily for Kia SA there are people like this working under your banner which makes it a pleasure doing business with you. As for the other dealership (Hatfield), Shame on you. Menlyn could do in 3 days what Hatfield could not do in 3 months.
