OUR INSURANCE REFERRED OUR VEHICLE MORE THAN THREE MONTHS AGO TO DANMAR AUTO BODY. AT THAT STAGE THE MOTOR INDUSTRY STRIKE WAS ON, AND DANMAR LET US KNOW BY SMS THAT WE NEED TO WAIT UNTIL THE STRIKE WAS OVER. AFTER ABOUT SIX WEEKS THEY SMS US TO CONTACT THEM. WE PHONED THEM AND THEY INFORMED US TO PAY HALF OF THE EXCESS TO ORDER THE PARTS THAT WERE DAMAGED. SO THAT WHEN WE BRING IN THE CAR FOR REPAIRS IT WONT TAKE SUCH A LONG TIME AS NORMAL, SO WE DID THAT. WE TOOK THE CAR IN ON THE 5TH OF NOVEMBER 2013. WE ASKED TRUDY HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REPAIR THE MINOR DAMAGED (LEFT FRONT PANEL). SHE SAID, NO LONGER THAN 7 TO 9 WORKING DAYS. AFTER 7 DAYS, WE PHONED THEM, AND THEY SAID ON THE 21ST NOVEMBER IT WILL BE FINISHED FOR COLLECTION. THEY EVEN SEND US SMSE TO VERIFY THAT. ON THE 21ST WE PHONED THEM AGAIN, AND NOW THEY TOLD US THEY HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE SPRAYPAINT, AND THE CAR WILL NOW ONLY BE READY ON THE 25TH NOVEMBER 2013. WE NEED OUR CAR URGENTLY FOR WORK, AND WE EXPLAINED THAT TO TRUDY FROM THE START. WE PHONED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES, AND THEN THEY TOLD US THEY WILL PHONE US BACK. BUT THEY NEEEEEEVVVEEEER PHONE US BACK SINCE TODAY! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THEIR MOTTO!
