My Utility was in for 15 000 km service on the 14/01/2013 but the serviced light was not reset. They say that their computers are and to date, after many attempts the service light still comes on. I do I know that my car was really serviced? Another question is, are all cars going in for service currently also not reset as per requirements?
I struggle for almost 6 months to get the rubbers replaced on the Utility because the rubbers don't seal properly and there are a lot of wind noise in the car. The car went in a couple of times but now they are waiting for stock. I mean it can't take this long to get new rubbers from the factory.
The service is just very poor.
