So I take my car to them to fit lowering springs, do alignment, balancing and swop my tyres from front to back...
On arrival the car just came out.
On inspection:
> The centre cap on my rim was broken - apparently during balancing (lucky I checked).
> I was charged R450 for new rubbers on my shocks.
> The alignment report is a piece of paper with corrupt data on. Nothing is legible.
At least they're trying to find me a new centre cap. But I doubt that will happen.
When I asked for the old rubbers I was given old broken rubbers and I told the manager it's not mine and I showed him it has a BMW stamp on. Without hesitating he said not to worry about paying for it. I still asked for my old rubbers but none could be found. I even told him look at the rubbers on the shock, they're not brand new. He said he removed the charge for it. He well knew he's ripping me off.
On driving home I noticed that the alignment is still off and the tyres weren't swopped.
I will take my car back today and ask for a refund and take it to a decent workshop.
It's always busy there, so they must be making a fortune from ripping people off...
