Double debit not corrected

My husband and I rented a car from First Car Rental at the beginning of April. They held R4730.00 as deposit and charged us another R4730.00 for the car rental however they are yet to refund this money. I have called them twice and emailed three times and am yet to receive any feedback or my money back. I would like the funds returned to my account immediately as they are costing me in terms of interest.
