Awful service

I had my car booked in at Proline at end of January. I did not hear from the service agent at all. I left many messages and everytime I called the call was cut! On top of that they only started working on my car after a week and a half of having it. So my car was there for two weeks for a job that took three days. And to top it all of the cd in my car was (no surprises there!).
