Appalling service

On 23rd April someone jumped the lights and hit the side of my car. My car was first towed to Proline panelbeaters in Johannesburg. Eventually Dial Direct decided Proline's quote was too high and two and a half weeks later my car was towed to SMH Paint Technique in Edenglen. I have had to phone constantly to try and find out what is happening with my car but NO ONE RETURNS CALLS. It is now over a month since the accident and I still do not know how long my car will take to fix. I have left phone messages at both Dial Direct and SMH Paint Technique to tell me. I have also left two messages on the Dial Direct website (over two weeks ago) which have been left unanswered. This is completely unacceptable. No-one seems capable of taking any responsibility, neither do they seem to care as at no stage has there been any apology or urgency. As far as customer services is concerned Dial Direct has scored a resounding nil.
