So i was involved in an accident on the 9th September 2013, the damage was fairly substantial but not that bad and my vehicle was towed to Proline Panelbeaters as this is the repairer of choice from my insurer Virgin Money.9 WEEKS!!! later my car is only going into the SPRAYPAINTING department!!! to which i am told there is no ETA on when i will actually have my car back. On top of this i am paying for a rental car which i have to keep renewing weekly as i dont have any ETA as to when my car will be ready. I can only warn other that PROLINE is NOT the place to take you car if you want a speedy turn around. I understand that good quality work takes time but this boarders on the ridiculous. PROLINE you need to learn a thing or two about customer service and efficiency.
