I bought a brand new i10 3 weeks ago from Bryanston. Menlyn is known for the worst service, so I drove all the way from Garsfontien (where I live) to Bryanston. Monday morning, 11 Feb 6am my car would not start. Car was towed in to Hyundai Menlyn (because it is the closest garage). No feedback received from Menlyn, even after phoning them a couple of times. Bryanston eventually gave me an answer that they hadn't looked at the car, but that they will tomorrow. 12am on Tuesday, and I still had not heard from Menlyn. I have tried to contact them since 9am Tuesday, but no-one is available, you get put on hold, no-one knows who you should talk to. Eventually got hold of someone who told me that they still hadn't looked at the car, and they don't know when they will look at car, but that they will contact me before the end of the day, which was also told to me yesterday, and never happened.
I have complained to Hyundai complaints department, no response as yet. I do not have alternative transport, and they are not willing to organize transport for me, even though I do have it as part of my Hyundai plan.
I will NEVER buy a Hyundai again!!!
