My insurance company approved my claim with the workshop and I am not happy at all with the service and the way my case was handled. I have paid the recommended excess but I still can't drive my car!
I was advised that my battery could be a problem but knowing that they did nothing about it whilst my car was being fixed.
With that said my car was at the workshop for 2 months thus my battery cells died and now I have to wait for my insurance approve the new battery? This is totally uncalled for and totally unnecessary exercise. My car was driven to HQ to do wheel alignment so why could my battery not be preserved and why is my steering wheel faulty?
I picked up my car 12/03/2013 and I had issues starting my car and then my steering wheel was not working. I feel this is totally unacceptable as I could've been the cause of serious accident. My car is currently parked which I cannot drive and my work is dependent on the vehicle being road worthy and safe to drive.
