Paid money to supplier but no refund

Good day
I heard from a good friend about you and that you can handle my problem that I struggle for almost a year.

I`m very disappointed in WP motors in bellville because I loan R.35000.00 from capitec bank to buy vechile at wp motors last year but with regret wp motirs took my R35000.00and did not gave me any vechile or refund my money.
Now its almost a year they still got my money, no car in return. I shall appreciate if you can help me with this problem coz I still need to pay the capitec loan.
