Refusal to assist

Wednesday morning on my way to work my sunroof busted intransit. This is the new shape F30 BMW 328 and is about 7months old. I immediately took the car to the nearest dealer BMW Witbank. They (Wendy) refuse to take the car and told me I never bought it from them and it was not their responsibility. I contacted BMW Supertech Pinetown, where I bought the vehicle and they put me incontact with BMWSA. Its almost a week that the incident has happened and they have not collected the damaged vehicle or given me a replacement car. BMW seems to be passing the blame around they told me I should repair the damage through my insurance even though this is clearely a factory fault on their side.
