Proton
Fault on a recently bought ca

I recently bought a used car at a proton dealership in zambezi. exactly a month later the car overheated.i called the dealer because i was told i have a warranty when i bought the car. The car was sent to the nearest dealer to where i live. The dealer that i bought the car from said they were not going to cover the charge at all as it wasnt their fault.but on checking the service book of the car i realized it wasnt serviced for when it was scheduled to be and it still was sold to me under those conditions.it also seems that some of the parts in the engine were missing. Now they are shifting blame on me for that.they are saying the dent i put on the car was what caused the car to overheat. The branch dealer that has my car called to notify me that the car repaird would cost around R15000 and the warranty insurance says it will only cover R200 or so on the repairs. The car is not even a month old and fault was not on my side. I was driving home and it stopped on the high way.
