Communication / feedback to clients is not priority. Booked my car in yesterday for repairs, prior to that i specifically advised Rubayah that i need a driver, even my insurance knows that. Yesterday when i was supposed to get my car, i was told there is no driver. Do you understadn the inconvinience that caused? My house keys were in the car. Not once did Rubayah even apologies to me, i sent her an email and she turned a blind eye. I didn't have transport to go home or to come to work in the morning. At least someone could have advised me in advance and i'd make a plan. I am very dissappointed at Danmar and my Insurance (Regent). No one from Regent contacted me to find out if i was sorted even when i complained to Lucas (Regent Rep) about Danmar's lack of communication, he would not bother calling or reply to my emails. No insurance should make its clients deal with such an inconsiderate company.
