February I applied for the post box in Scottsville I paid for everything in full. They gave me my key for the box then I went to check if its working, unfortunately I could not open the box because the lock had a problem. I went back to the office told them the box isn't opening. They promise to fix it, I gave back the keys. Its july today everytime I go to fetch my post I have to explain why I don't have the keys and when I asked for my keys even in this day they haven't fixed my lock. I've been waiting patiently for them but it has got into my nerves now the part of explaining every month why I do not have the keys answering one and same questions everytime. Its clear they never bother to keep records of their customers complains. I'm tired!!!
