On the 10th of April 2013 I went to Barksole Ottery and ordered 28 keys, 7 of one, 18 of another, and 3 of the third one. When I came back to the office I found 3 of the 7 did not work and 2 of the 3 did not work. I took the keys back two days later and I did not get the same assistant so was happy about that. He said he would sort the problems out. When I got back to the office I found that the three of the 7 STILL did not work. When I phoned the assistant he told me that I must come back in the afternoon because the girl that helped me first will be there. He said he had just tried to help. I spent R650 on keys and now have to go back for a third time, to a place that is not down the road for me. No apology, no we will come to you, just a not actually my problem so just come back. Unacceptable, I will never support Barksole Ottery again!
