Check you rate per KM

I have over the past month used Europcar on many occasions and only because of my Vitality status and discount.

I did a project for a customer and had to quote an all inclusive price. I called customer services and got a rate per kilometre as there website does not display it, only to be charged 90 cents more when i received the bill. It took me hours of phone calls to rectify.

It seems that they are cheating customers out of thousand of rands by doing it this way.

SUGGESTION
When getting a quote for a rate per kilometre, take down the persons name and the time you spoke to them, and they can listen to the recording. That is if you choose to use them. Thrifty have better deals online.
