I took a perfectly drivable vehicle into Autobahn Panelbeaters for hail damage to be repaired and I was told it will be repaired within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks had gone by I was told that they needed the vehicle for another 2 weeks due to the fact that they needed further approval from my Insurance company "Miway". At the end of four weeks the vehicle had not been painted and I was told that they needed a further 2 weeks to complete the job. At this point they did not have a valid excuse so the workshop manager tried to get rid of me by promising me a courtesy vehicle, five days later after trying to call him every day he has still not given me a courtesy vehicle nor did he have the decency to call me back and explain. At this point I have now contacted my insurance company Miway for intervention as this is one of their approved panel beaters. I will never recommend Autobahn Panelbeaters, who are supposed to be BMW approved. Walking into this establishment you see all the bells and whistles but they lack the basic efficiency to complete a job as promised or even have the decency to honour their promise with total disregard for the client even when realising that they have messed up.
