AUTOBAHN BMW ISANDO ARE AND BULLIES

I recently took my car to Autobahn BMW Isando for a diagnoses and repairs. At first they couldn't complete the repairs because they had no stock and made me pay a diagnostic fee because i needed my vehicle that very same day to go home. The service adviser advised me that i should buy the part and once i have it re-book to have the part replaced, which i did. Once the job was complete i was told i could collect my car just to find out that the problem was not fixed properly. I went back and was confronted by an arrogant service manager called Edward who immediately started blaming all other factors why the problem is not fixed. None of these factors were mentioned in the first place to me when i initially took my vehicle in to be diagnosed. I requested a meeting with the Dealer Principle who in-turn, turned out to be a even worse self centered and arrogant. During our meeting all they did was point out to the fact that my vehicle is old and that i signed the job card (which i didn't even get a copy off). They refuse to even consider the fact that the tech could have miss diagnosed. They made me pay for diagnostic and repairs and my vehicle is not repaired properly.
