Complaint about service at Volkswagen

Bought a Polo Vivo at Volkswagen Eastlondon Dealership on the 4th October 2012, December 2012 the car broke down. They took the car, promising to fix it, and since then I have been the one calling them and trying to get feed back as to how long the car would take, what's wrong with the car and everything. They have been giving me a great grief about this whole thing, poor response, not updating me, and been promising to fix th car but since then nothing has been done to my car. Only today they said they still waiting for a part ordered from Joburg, which they don't know when will it arrive. I have been calling them non stop asking if atleast they can assist me with a courtesy car fo the time being... but they beating by th bush not giving me any straight answers, and I know for sure I should be getting it coz my car is still under warranty... I am literally drained by all of this, I am a working woman and I need my car!..I'm running out of money bcoz I have to use my own airtime calling these ignorant people!..please help me!
