AVIS UNABLE TO FULFILL CLAIM

Good Day

I am writing this complaint hoping that my problem can be resolved as quickly possible. I have been having delays already with the claim. I had an car accident with one of your client. I have submitted all the documents as requested but still no progress. A lady called Lee later sent me a proposed offer or a release which I am not willing to sign as she has changed it. I have sent her two more quotes and she replied saying that Avis will not amend the offer. Its looks like they just want to finalise the case withouat considering all three claims that I send to them. I just need someone to look in the matter and help me out. I am never phoned for feedback, I have to call Lee always leaving voicemails to callback and no one seems to care.

I have now dealt with Lee Stone, Yvonne Modibedi and Sonia Fourie and still no help at this stage. I am forced to drive a damaged car as I cant fix it at the moment...
