In April i commissioned PT Movz to move me from Johannesburg to Cape Town. All good and great promises have been made by Marco Goncalves. When my moved finally arrived about 8 days late I noticed that my TV was broken. I immediately put in a claim and was told everything will be sorted out. After many promises from Marco Goncalves I was never paid out. I then logged a complaint at Outsurance and was told by Outsurance that they paid Marco Goncalves out on the 1st of August. To this date I have not yet been paid out and have been personally told by Marco Goncalves that I should off.
I have the proof of these conversations and will gladly provide this to anyone who asks. Marco has and told me Outsurance never paid out but after confirming via email he has been paid out. People also I have noted that some of these compliments on here was logged by Marco himself. I will be opening a case of and against Marco during the course of this week
