I bought a VW Polo Vivo Sedan Comfortline, white in color, on 24 January 2025 from Barons Bellville. The vehicle is financed with Nedbank MFC. I contacted the salesman and explained to him my problem with the vehicle. He said that I should take it to any RMI-registered workshop.
On 20 February 2025, I took the vehicle to Lindsay Saker Bloemfontein. After a few days of waiting due to many appointments on that day, I went to collect my car from Lindsay Saker. The gentleman who assisted me said that my problem had been sorted.
Two days after the collection, the same problem occurred again. I contacted the salesman, and he said that he couldn't do anything further or pay for any repairs that needed to be done on my car. My vehicle is still under a 6-month warranty and still has the same problem, which might cause bigger problems in the near future.
