I have requested bank statements via email as told over the phone by Jenny Jacobs a week ago

Every time I call to follow up Jenny Jacobs is either not in or busy with a client

I require statements on our business and flexi account fron 2005 till current as the accountant miss placed the previous copies I received

I am a little stressed as the end of February is approaching very rapidly and I still need to load and complete all the month ends and year ends for taxs purposes

I really require these documents yesterday already and Jenny Jacobs is aware how critical this matter is for me

I would like copies as soon as possible please

Due to the lack of interest and assistance from ABSA we are moving our accounts to FNB as they go above and beyond to make a business account there priority. Where ABSA states after all these years with ABSA they cannot assist us in any means to get our business financed, to get the correct tools to deliver the correct service that is required of us.
