Bosmont Taxi Association is the worst ever.
Taxis are constantly overloaded which leads to long waiting times especially on weekends, waiting time can range from 30-45mins & sometimes even an hour which is absolutely ridiculous considering people like myself that need to get to work on time. They cater for Florida more than any other area on their route.
There are a shortage of cars & drivers.
No proper management, communication & trust between drivers & marshalls. Very overpriced considering the distance between Bosmont to town. Drivers also overcharge pensioners.
All of this has been going on for over 10/15 years now & all these complaints have been brought to BTA's attention numerous times by numerous people & yet nothing changes & nothing gets better.
BTA is honestly the worst taxi association. I'd rather pay more money & travel with Bolt.
