Poor service - couldn't care less!

My husband had his Audis serviced at Lindsay Saker Fourways for 13 years. Last year we had to get the clutch changed in August (R30 000), and the Turbo went in November 2012 (R50 000). His current A4 was then 6 years old, and we were told that this should last us another good few years now. Plus we got 1 year warranty on those parts. In September this year, we had a service with new shocks (another R13 k). Nothing was mentioned about the turbo then, although it already started to make noises again.

To our horror, it started caving in again this week! Off he went to Lindsay Saker again. A stone- faced, tough-as-nails woman at their services desk told him: Toughees! He's over the 1 year warranty by 3 weeks! Money making.

We immediately called my trusted Renault dealership (Renault Bryanston), and Rolan there found my husband a very nice car in less than a day, and it still has 4 years motor plan left. We bought it yesterday, and we will NEVER go back to Audi or Lindsay Saker ever again!

Their Attitude is like a kick in the face. No integrity whatsoever. Plus their service and parts costs double of those from Renault!

Good riddance.
