Our company completed various HVAC related jobs on behalf of KZN Aircon - Owned by Michelle Bryce Borthwick. The work was completed between the period of January 2019 - March 2019. Up to date we have not received any payment form KZN Aircon for the work completed. We have been given a constant run around by Michelle Bryce Borthwick (owner of KZN Aircon) with her promising payment and not seeing through. We met with Michelle Bryce Borthwick on Monday September 2nd where once again she promised payment but has since denied what was spoken about in our meeting and has now blocked me on Whats app! PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU RECEIVE FULL UPFRONT PAYMENT FROM HER BEFORE WORK IS COMPLETED FOR HER COMPANY AND CLIENTS PLEASE IF YOU USE HER SERVICES DO NOT PAY HER DEPOSITS AND PLEASE ENSURE THE CONTRACTING COMPANY DOING THE WORK AT YOUR PREMISES HAS BEEN PAID. Companies wanting to do work on behalf of KZN Aircon, please ensure she signs a contract and provides you with all necessary documentation to ensure you cover yourself and your company!
