What was the Intention? Honest Mistake?

Last week I wanted to buy a vehicle that was advertised over the internet at quite a "reputable" company that sells second hand cars. When they came to demonstrate the car I realized that the features of this vehicle weren't the same as advertised. The salesman apologized after long discussion explaining that they advertised the wrong models' features and promise to rectify the ad. They were now willing to throw in a tow bar. When the paper work started to commence I asked about the "unlimited mileage 2 year warranty included". The sales person promised to speak to his superiors and come back to me as this too now wasn't included.
THIS HAPPENED:
o After a day the sales man came back to tell me that he was told by his superiors to contact his client (me) and inform him that the vehicle was sold to someone else.
o After making them aware of the mistake and all the promises of rectifying the ad, it was still unaltered for two days and even today all that was taken out of the ad was the "unlimited milage 2 year warranty included".

The difference between advertisement and actual is as follows:

o No electrical windows, central locking, EBD, ABS, 2 year unlimited mileage warranty
