How to submit a claim
I called McCarthy to submit a shortfall claim, i was told to call my finance house which is MFC and let them know i need to submit a shortfall claim and they (MFC) will be able to assist me. I did call MFC but no one seemed to have a clue was is happening i was transfered from 1 person to another ...
