The call centre did not bother to call me back on the telephone number I gave to her, as I ran out of airtime. I therefore filled in the request call back via your website 15 times from 9:45-11:25 asking to please urgently call me back with regards to building, as I need to complete my claim I tried to submit when I called at 9:37, as I noticed the incident at about 20:00 last night. The claim has to be submitted in 24 hours. I require to be called back so I can finalise the claim.
