I called the call centre to extend my courtesy car under my insurance, because my insurance said call them and they will inturn tell us to extend for you. I waited 1 hour on the phone just to get a free consultant. you are placed on hold foever, and when i tell her she says a different story. No the insurance must call us or send us and email, like. Earlier when they brought the car, the consultant had said, if you need to extend call us we have your details on the system, and the insurance will approve if its valid. now they want me to bring car 9:am while sms earlier said 1:am. I am not getting any help.
