I was involved in an accident on Saturday and called the help line and was told to call on Monday morning for assistance. I was traumatised, there was poor visibilty because of damage to the windscreen and had to drive my car back home. I have called at least 5 times this morning to submit a claim and the consultants can either not hear me clearly or the call gets cut off!!! The furthest I have gotten is to arrange for my car to be collected. I have yet to submit the claim as I cannot get through and when i do there is no call back when the call gets cut off! I have also tried to submit the claim online but to no avail. Dealling with FFW has been more traumatising than the actual accident!
