Still waiting on Renault

I posted a complaint regarding Renault Brynstons Bad service when I took my car in late last year.

I still have not gotten an acknowledgement of my complaint, both the one posted on and a complaint put forward towards the dealership.

I am so greatly disappointed! Especially having dealt with Renault for so many years.
