I would like to thank the manager at Renault Northcliff for personally sorting out the complaint I had. I had an issue last week when my Renault went in. I did put a complaint on Hello Peter about this. I did decide to go back to Renault that afternoon though and speak to the manager personally. He went out of his way to help me. I still don't have an explanation about my missing petrol, but the other problems where sorted out.
So even though I had a complaint I was very impressed with the level of service I received when I went back with my queries.
