I drove an accident free 2006 renault clio until i took my car for a service on the 21st december 2012. at 4.30 i was told that my car was in an accident. an employee's fit slipped and the car that he was driving knocked int my car. this happened in the wash bay. my car had front and back damage. on the 11th January 2013... yes January 2013, we were told the car was ready.
after having to push start our car from the premises we discovered that the problems that we had was not resolved and the work on the body of the car was so shoddy and that things were removed from the car. and we discovered that they sent our car to an unapproved panel shop, unless renault sa has not updated its list of approved panel shops.
we took the car back the same day... and almost 4 weeks later we still havnt received the car.
Emails to the service manager brings no results. Oh yes they left a message last week wednesday to say the car was back from the panel beaters... no correspondence since then. I called this morning, 06.02.2013 at 8am, at 12.10pm the service manager has not returned my call.
i am so sick of tygerberg multifranchise that i am going to get me attorney t contact them.
