The South African local agent for FEDEX is Supaswift,
I have been trying to track a parcel that was supposed to be delivered on 18 December 2013,
After holding for more than 30 minutes I spoke to "Ntombe" that said that I could collect the parcel myself or sent another courier to collect it from them as they cannot deliver it today.
I asked if I will be refunded the money paid for the delivery in SA and she could not answer the question as there was no supervisor available
Ntombe took my contact details as said she will phone back after she spoke to the Supaswift operations department
Up till now I have not received any feedback from Supaswift
