I have been trying to obtain a removals quotation for my mother who will be moving house next month. I filled in extensive inventory forms to obtain quotations from 2 companies who never even bothered to get back to me (after even following up twice with one of them!). My experience with Stuttaford was only a pleasure. Clare Grobler gave me a call immediately and was friendly and efficient over the phone. I sent her an inventory list in the afternoon and obtained a quotation first thing next morning.

With so many removals companies out there, I would rather spend a bit of extra cash and get good, quality service. I also feel that the sales/quotation side of the business is very important since that is the first person of that company you are dealing with - basically the "shop window" for the rest of the company.

I feel very confident that the move will go down smoothly based on the level of service already received.
