Fridge no longer cooling after being transported from PE to JHB by Stuttaford Van Lines. That isnt even the bad thing - The stinking service is even worse than the fact that I've been without a fridge for a week.
A simple thing like returning an email or a phone seems not to be part of the claim handling process at Stuttaford Van Lines. The only time I receive a status update is when I call about 2/3 times before getting ahold of the contact.
