Booked for a move through the website. Paid a deposit for the move and asked my insurance company to confirm storage facilities and security at storage. They could not confirm any security and vague about the type of storage. On the day of the move they did not arrive on time, received a phone call from the driver saying he did not have the address. Tried to phone the office no lines were working at all. Phoned the driver who said I should not worry they on their way and put the phone down. Tried the office again. no phone lines working. Driver arrived, they all wreaked of alcohol. opened the truck and they had one roll of bubble wrap, a few sheets of brown paper couple of boxes and a few blankets. This is what they brought to wrap, pack and store all my household content. Asked the driver where the office is, he said something about bloubosrand although website says northriding. they phoned owner on cellphone and when I asked him where the offices are he said they are moving. Asked we where he is and stated working from home? he will ask chantel to contact me. I told them to leave my premises. I sent mails to request deposit refund, no reply. Bank informed me no funds in account.
